Please find below information about tickets, refunds and everything you need to know ahead of your visit to see The Book of Mormon at The Grand.
Tickets
We understand some customers may still not have received your tickets, for that we apologise. At 10am everyday, we will be resending tickets for that days performance/s – please check your junk/spam inboxes just in case. If, for whatever reason, your tickets do not arrive, you can show confirmation of your order on entry. You can find this by logging into your account and taking a screen shot (see example) of your confirmation. This is only valid if it includes this year’s dates and seat numbers.
Refunds
We appreciate that because of the move from the original dates, some of you won’t be able to make your revised date, and we also recognise that Covid-19 is still impacting some peoples ability to attend, for that reason, refund requests can be made using this form or by contacting our Box Office. Please note, you can request a monetary refund up to two weeks before the date of the performance you’re due to attend, after this time, credit notes will be issued to use at another show within 12 months as stated in our Frequently asked questions. However, if you took out Booking Protect when purchasing tickets, please contact them direct for a refund by clicking on this link.
Refunds are currently being processed by BACS and not direct to the card you paid with as we move to a new payment provider. This is meaning that refunds are taking slightly longer to process, for which we apologise; we appreciate your patience in this matter. Also be aware that it can take your bank 10 days to process our request.
