Refund Form (including booking fees)

This form is only to be used if a show has been cancelled. If you have booked tickets for an upcoming show but are no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, you must contact our Box Office on 0113 243 0808 or at boxoffice@leedsheritagetheatres.com.

If you would like to receive a refund or credit voucher please fill out the below form.

Please provide your name, booking reference, the name of the performance you’re due to attend, postcode and contact number.

Please note, a response may take up to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued first, credit vouchers later. It can also take up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund. As always, we appreciate your patience.
