Join Our Team - Maintenance Technician

Purpose of Job

Leeds Heritage Theatres is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Technical and Property Department working alongside the Property Manager and Building Supervisor. The successful candidates will be expected to work across the Property team and at the company’s venues as required.

The Maintenance Technician is an exciting role in the organisation, playing an essential part in bringing to life a rich and diverse range of shows in our beautiful heritage buildings.

About You

We are looking to appoint an individual who can undertake a multiple range of projects around our heritage buildings, have a pride in their work and the contribution to the upkeep of our venues, with a mind of Health and Safety and personal development.

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and flexible individuals.

Salary and Benefits

Contract details: Locally agreed full time buy out

Responsible to: Buildings Supervisor, Property Manager

Salary: £26,200

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days

Probation Period:  Six months

Notice Period: One month
