On Sale Pack - Leeds Grand Theatre (one week or longer)

Thank you for bringing your event to Leeds Grand Theatre – we are excited to host you and hope you have an enjoyable time with us. Below you can find our print and asset requirements, and information about our marketing packages.

On sale assets
Assets are required two weeks ahead of the priority on sale date. Failure to provide assets may affect the on sale process.
Priority eshots are sent on Thursday, and general eshots are sent on Friday of the following week. We can adjust this timeframe to accommodate for national announcements, if agreed in advance.
We require the following assets:
Website
Copy: Please provide copy in .doc format. We are able to use press quotes where space allows but please ensure these are either from national or reputable regional publications.
Images in the below sizes (JPG and PNG):
- Wide: 2000px(w) x 800px(h)
- Standard: 960px(w) x 600px(h)
- Square: 1080px(w) x 1080px(h) – including a clean version (no casting, taglines, quotes, dates etc.)
- Square 2: 1200px(w) x 1200px(h) – key artwork only, no text/title treatment
- Instagram: 1080px(w) x 1440px(h)
Event information: Please also confirm any running times, age guidance, strobe/lighting effects and trigger warnings. As per our brand guidelines, any age guidance under 18 will include ‘parental guidance recommended’.
Social media
We are thrilled to receive any social media content you can provide. Please note, we cannot guarantee the use of all promotional content.
EPK: For EPK and video content, we request the original video file rather than a link. Please include portrait/vertical content for Instagram Stories and TikTok. We require all videos to be captioned to ensure any content we use is accessible. Any videos without captions will not be used.
Facebook events: We are happy to co-host Facebook events, as long as our venue URL is used. We will not accept any co-hosting if an outside ticketing agency URL is used.
Paid Meta: We accept requests for paid social media advertising through Meta. Please feel free to share your specific requirements.
Press
Clean Images: Our local and regional press only accept production images for promotional activity. We accept both current and former cast. Images must be labelled appropriately with credits.
Interviews: If available, please provide a syndicated interview, which may be used as additional promotional material.
Press list: We can send a list of local press contacts on request.
Print requirements
We require the following print quantities:
3,000 leaflets for one-week shows or 4,000 for multi-week shows*
10 A3 posters
10 DC posters (please do not supply with gloss/laminate finish)
6 4sheets (whiteback)

Please ensure poster stock for flyposting i.e. DC and blueback 4sheets are below 150gsm (under 130gsm if possible).
*We are only able to accept and display A5 and DL leaflets
Overprint
Our overprint style is our logo aligned left, with info block containing dates, website and phone number aligned right.
Dates should be formatted as three-letter day > numerical date (no superscript) > month in full > year. If the run extends over two months/years, please include both.
e.g. Tue 16 – Sat 20 January 2024 / Wed 28 February – Sun 3 March 2024
Logos
Please note, our logo can be used in our brand colours, white or black only.
FOH
We have several Front of House sites available for partial/full takeovers. These include; large foamex boards in our foyer, a backlit lightbox in our box office, a large poster pod on a busy street in Leeds, and street-facing window vinyls.

House programmes
Where possible, each production will have a full page advert in the house programmes of upcoming/crossover shows. This is FOC, we just require artwork in the below specs:
293mm (H) x 167mm (H) + 3mm bleed all sides.
Please include logo and info block outlined as above in the Overprint example.
Marketing opportunities
We produce two brochures a year, in January and August. Single week shows receive a single page entry. A multiple week show is guaranteed a double page entry in the closest brochure to the start of the run and a single page entry for any earlier brochures. A DPS may become available in earlier brochures depending on pagination.
The cost of a single page entry is £1,600 and a double page is £3,200 split as per the deal.
