Timothy Roberts: Giant
Timothy Roberts attended the University of Central Lancashire for three years studying Music Theatre. This course focused on the development of music and how music is perceived, as well as working on acting techniques frequently used within the industry.
After completing his degree, Tim continued his training at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama studying for a master’s degree in musical theatre. This course offered a high intensity of training within the arts focusing heavily on acting, singing and dance. Whilst on these courses, Tim had the opportunity to perform for West End directors, on a West End stage and also dedicate a concert to Dame Shirley Bassey.
Since leaving training, Tim has worked professionally in some Off-West End shows, pantomimes and several cruise ships as a lead vocalist.
This is Tim’s third Rock ‘n’ Roll pantomime at the City Varieties and he is extremely excited to be back performing again. He had an incredible time in the previous years and hopes the audiences enjoy the show just as then!
