Information for Swan Lake bookers - Sat 26 June, 2.30pm

Due to a positive COVID-19 result, we regret to announce that the cast of Northern Ballet’s Swan Lake matinee performance at 2.30pm on Sat 16 June can no longer perform and the difficult decision has been made to cancel this performance.

We understand that bookers will be disappointed, especially so close to the performance, but under the current government guidelines this course of action remains the safest way to protect the cast and our audiences. We thank you for your understanding.

We will be offering all bookers a full refund*, the opportunity to move to your choice of Merlin** performance later this year or a credit voucher valid for any Northern Ballet performance in the next 12 months at Leeds Grand Theatre.

There are limited seats available for the 7.30pm performance on Sat 26 June in the Upper Balcony only. If you would like to switch to this performance, please contact Box Office directly on 0113 243 0808 from Saturday at 10am.

*Refunds are taking longer to process due to the amount of work created by the latest government announcement – please bear with us. Please note, it can also take up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
**If you ask to move to Merlin, your tickets will be emailed to you by Fri 16 July. Depending on availability, we will do our best to guarantee seats in the same price band, but this may mean that you are not seated in the same part of the auditorium as originally booked. If you are moved to a lower price band, the difference will be automatically refunded.
