Bedknobs and Broomsticks Cancelled Final Week Performances (Tue 4 – Sun 9 January 2022)
We’re sorry to have to inform you, that due to circumstances beyond our control, the producer, Michael Harrison, and Leeds Heritage Theatres have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the final week of performances of Bedknobs and Broomsticks (Tue 4 – Sun 9 January inclusive). All other performances remain the same.
If a performance you were attending has been affected, ticket holders should have been contacted by our Box Office team, either by email or telephone (please check junk/spam/work email addresses).If for some reason you have not been contacted, please get in touch with our Box Office team by phone (0113 243 0808) or email (email@example.com). Please note a response could take up to 10 working days. If you were a booker of one of these shows, we have automatically moved your tickets to the week before and gifted you a free souvenir brochure as a thank you for your understanding*. Unfortunately, some days and times have had to be changed to fit the programme. Please see below for newly allocated performances. All prices paid will be honoured.
If the new date is convenient for you, you do not need to do anything; your tickets will be automatically transferred and emailed to you by Friday 15 October 2021. However, if the move is not suitable, please fill out this form and let us know if you would prefer to attend on another date**; or you can request a credit note or refund***. As you can appreciate, this is an extremely busy time for our team whilst we try to resolve the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us unless necessary. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We really hope you’ll still be ‘bobbing along’ to see this magical show.
*Your free Souvenir brochure will be held at the Box Office for collection on the day of the performance.
**If you ask to transfer to an alternative date, we cannot guarantee like-for-like seats. You will not be asked to pay more for a seat unless you are happy to upgrade, and likewise, if the seats offered to you are in a lower price band than the ones you originally purchased, we will automatically refund the difference.
***Refunds are taking longer to process due to the amount of people we must contact – please bear with us. Booking fees are non-refundable as stated in our T&Cs; currently they are being used to support the huge administration costs incurred by the pandemic, including refunding and rescheduling shows, and to also help maintain our three heritage buildings. Refunds will be issued first, credit vouchers later. Please note, it can also take up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
