Starring the adorable Tim Key, Carey Mulligan and Fleabag‘s Sian Clifford, this is a charming British comedy of lost love, forgotten bands, unlikely reunions and rapidly fading memories of times past.
An eccentric lottery winner who lives alone on a remote island and dreams of getting his favourite musicians back together. His fantasy turns into reality when the bandmates and former lovers accept his invitation to play a private show at his home on Wallis Island, but old tensions resurface as Charles tries desperately to salvage his dream gig.
After the film’s BIFA award wins for Best Screenplay, Best Original Music and Best Joint Lead Performances, and BAFTA nominations, we’re bringing it back to the big screen to give more people the chance to see it.
