A new kind of horror remake from Jane Schoenbrun (I Saw the TV Glow), starring Hannah Einbinder and Gillian Anderson.
After years of slapdash sequels, the Camp Miasma franchise is handed over to an enthusiastic young director for resurrection. But when she visits the original’s star, a now-reclusive actress shrouded in mystery, the two women fall into a blood-soaked world of desire, fear, and delirium.
As part of this film run, one of these screenings will be an extra special late night Creatures of the Night screening hosted by Leeds’ own queer horror film club, Queer Fear, on Sat 22 August, 9.30pm. Join them for a sexy, bloody and meta journey of visual pleasure.
