We have something for everyone at Leeds Grand Theatre with new shows now on sale for 2023.

Known for bringing the West End to West Yorkshire, The Grand is set to bring even more treats to Leeds next year. With returning favourites, beloved musicals and brand-new plays, 2023 won’t disappoint.

We kick the year off with one very special night of The Magic of Motown before Opera North take up residency with their season including Tosca, The Cunning Little Vixen and Ariadne Auf Naxos.

Let the ruthless matchmaking begin as Pride and Prejudice* (*sort of) arrives direct from its triumph in the West End where it won the Laurence Olivier Award.

Following on from five hit stage shows and the new acclaimed ITV series, Grace, the work of best selling author, Peter James returns to Leeds Grand Theatre, with the world premiere stage adaption of Wish You Were Dead.

Summer at The Grand brings musicals galore.

The international, award-winning smash-hit musical The Bodyguard is back in June, featuring a whole host of irresistible classics including Queen of the NightSo EmotionalOne Moment in Time, and one of the greatest hit songs of all time – I Will Always Love You.

Returning to tour the UK and Ireland five years after a phenomenally successful, record-breaking run in London’s West End and subsequent sell-out tour, The Commitments is a fantastically feel-good celebration of soul.

Ready to thrill you with fun and naughty moments, Richard O’Brien’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll musical, The Rocky Horror Show comes to Leeds, having been seen by over 30 million theatregoers.

Based on Baz Luhrmann’s award-winning worldwide film phenomenon, Strictly Ballroom: The Musical stars Strictly Come Dancing favourite Kevin Clifton. This ballroom sensation is sure to make for an unforgettable evening under the glitter ball that will send your heart soaring and toes tapping!

Last but not least…

Based on the hit film starring Dolly Parton and Julia Roberts, Steel Magnolias is now beautifully brought to life on stage and features an all-star cast led by Jacqueline Jossa (EastEnders), Laura Main (Call The Midwife) and Catherine Tyldesley (Coronation Street).

Reigning on Broadway and in the West End, the international smash-hit musical SIX makes its royal return to Leeds, following its previous sell-out success!

The world’s longest-running play, The Mousetrap, keeps audiences on the edge of their seats in THE genre-defining murder mystery from the best-selling novelist of all time.

And, finally, warm your hearts as the nights draw in as the critically acclaimed musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie returns to The Grand.
