Leeds Heritage Theatres’ success and our ability to fulfil our charitable aims is dependent on the people who choose to join our team. Whether you are just starting out or if you have decades of experience under your belt, we are looking for people who want to help us to succeed and who, in turn, will find our team to be a safe and supportive environment in which to flourish.

Recognising that the cultural sector, including our organisation, has a great deal of work to do  to become truly equal, we are in the process of reviewing our recruitment policies and procedures. This process involves trialling different approaches to recruitment to inform our learning. If the recruitment procedure for any individual role is different to the one laid out in our Recruitment Pack this will be included in the advert for that role.
