Purpose of Job

The Customer Experience Supervisor will support the Duty Manager, during performance times, by being the first point of contact for customers and staff.

To be responsible for leadership of the team and ensure we deliver excellent, courteous and efficient customer service.

About You

You will enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, approachable manner. You will deliver excellent standards of customer service and be a supportive team player who leads by example. Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

Fixed Term Contract:  Permanent – 32 hours on an annualised contract, allocated on a monthly rota. Part-time at 16 hours may be possible.

Responsible to: House Managers

Salary: £9.89 ph

Holiday Entitlement: 179.5 hrs pa (including Bank Holidays)

Probation Period: Six months 

Notice Period : One month

Hours: Allocated monthly dependant on the needs of the business but will include at least one day off
