Join Our Team - Website and Content Coordinator
Purpose of Job
Our busy Communications team works across both Leeds Grand Theatre and City Varieties Music Hall and provides support to the Hyde Park Picture House team as required.
As Website and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Leeds Heritage Theatres’ website, ensuring that the whole Company is represented and that the customer journey is comprehensive and engaging. You will curate, create and produce engaging and informative content for our blog, plus newsletters and other affiliated digital platforms. Your work will support all areas of the business, promoting our brand, reflecting our mission, vision, and values, generating income, and raising awareness of our charitable and sustainable aims.
About You
Working within a team environment and independently, you will manage and maintain the Leeds Heritage Theatres’ website, considering functionality, accessibility, appearance, content and performance in accordance with brand guidelines.
With one eye on our past and one on our future, you will use the latest tools and your love of storytelling to curate, create and produce engaging digital content for our blog. Using data analysis to support all campaigns, and working closely with other departments, you will be responsible for driving website traffic plus audience and wider community engagement and responding to customer queries.
As happy with routine as change, you will demonstrate considered reliability, outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, even when thrown a curveball! You must be willing to adapt and flex to meet the needs of the business, support the team, and approach every task with energy, enthusiasm and care. A love of theatre and the arts is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £25,318
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days pa plus bank holidays

Probation Period: Six months
Notice Period : One month
Hours: 37 hours per week Mon-Fri (occasional evening and weekend working).
*We encourage flexible, hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office plus availability for all press shows.
