Join Our Team - Senior Finance Manager

Purpose of Job

Leeds Heritage Theatres is seeking somebody to fill the role of Senior Finance Manager. The main duties of the post will be to manage the team, prepare the annual budget, budget monitoring information and year-end accounts, work closely with Budget Holders, prepare quarterly VAT returns, oversee the integrity of the financial ledger, and assist the Head of Finance on an ad hoc basis. The latter will be a key part of the job therefore it will be a mixture of regular and responsive tasks.

This is a small but very busy team, of which you will be a key role. You must be efficient, capable, flexible, organised, reliable and have a positive attitude.

Salary and Benefits

Permanent Contract

Responsible to: Head of Finance

Responsible for: Finance Officer, Finance Administrator

Salary: £40,038

Holiday Entitlement:23 days plus bank holiday entitlement, rising to 25 days after three years’ service and 28 days after five years’ service

Probation Period: Six months
