Take part this festive season
Every year up to 10,000 young people of all ages take part in our Learning and Engagement programme.
From after school clubs and workshops for schools, to holiday activities and actor training, there’s something for every young person – read on or find out more here.
Share the magic of theatre
Last year, we helped to organise a trip to see a professional show for all schoolchildren across five schools in the Leeds East Primary Partnership (LEPP).
In lots of cases, this was a first ever trip to the theatre, inspiring the young people to think about their own creativity and futures. We also worked closely with the schools on teacher CPD and continuing the legacy of the project.
If you are a school or group interested in sharing the magic of theatre via a similar project, please get in touch.

Holiday activities
To spark the imagination in the school holidays, we run creative LHT Unwrapped sessions for young people aged 6-14. Get in touch to join our mailing list and find out about our February activities.
Leeds Heritage Theatres Engagement Fund
Every year, we work with over 10,000 young people across the city, in schools, youth groups and other sessions to help them build skills, confidence and pride through our creative learning and engagement programme. All donations to this fund will help us to continue our work and reach more people across the Leeds City Region.
