Please provide your name, booking reference, the name of the performance you’re due to attend, postcode and contact number.

Please note, a response may take up to 10 working days. Monetary refunds are available up to one month before the performance, credit vouchers are available up to two weeks before the performance. Booking fees are non-refundable as stated in our T&Cs. Currently, they are being used to support the huge administration costs incurred because of COVID-19, including refunding and rescheduling shows, and to also help maintain our three heritage buildings until we are able to fully reopen. Refunds will be issued first; credit vouchers later.
