If you would like to receive a refund, credit voucher or switch to a different performance, please contact Please provide your name, booking reference, the name of the performance you’re due to attend, postcode and, if applicable, the date of the new performance you’d like to move to.

Please note, a response may take up to 10 working days. Monetary refunds are available up to one month before the performance, credit vouchers are available up to two weeks before the performance. Booking fees are non-refundable as stated in our T&Cs. Currently, they are being used to support the huge administration costs involved in closing our venues, including refunding and rescheduling shows, and to also help maintain our three heritage buildings until we are able to reopen. Refunds will be issued first; credit vouchers later.
